Upon move-in, this fee will be applied towards the total security deposit.\u00a0 This fee is fully refunded should the application be canceled for any reason.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Once we process your application, we will contact you to confirm the exact lease dates and once you are approved, your lease will be available to review and sign online.
